Ingredients

  • Daikon: 3.5 oz
  • Korean fish cake: 6.3 oz (4 pieces)
  • Onion (medium): 1/2
  • Green onion: 1/3 stalk
  • Water: 5 cups
  • Minced garlic: 1/2 Tbsp
  • Wangshin Soy Sauce: 1 Tbsp Buy
  • Salt: 1/2 Tbsp
  • Pepper: to taste

Directions

  • Slice the daikon into 1.2-inch thin pieces, thinly slice the onion to 1 inch strips, and cut the green onion diagonally.
  • Wash the fish cake and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a pot, bring water, daikon, garlic, and Wangshin Soy Sauce to a boil.
  • Once it comes to a boil, add the fish cake. When the fish cake starts to expand, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the onion and green onion, then season with salt and pepper.
